ARVELEHT

Legal · Terms of service

Terms of service.

Draft, pre-launch. Counsel-reviewed terms go live alongside the public launch (Day 14). Using Arveleht today means you are a pilot participant; these interim terms describe what that means.

01 · Who we are

Arveleht OÜ is a private limited company registered in the Estonian Business Register. Registration number and VAT number are pending finalisation of incorporation; they appear in the footer and on every issued invoice once issued. Contact: hello@arveleht.eu.

02 · What Arveleht does

Arveleht transforms an invoice you supply (PDF, CSV, or structured form data) into the country-mandated e-invoice format for the buyer — XRechnung (DE), Peppol BIS 3.0 (BE, NL), Factur-X (FR preview), or KSeF FA(2) (PL preview). Germany can be relayed by email today; other countries are rendered for download unless their provider path is explicitly enabled. We do not prepare your accounting records, compute your taxes, or advise on VAT treatment. Those remain your responsibility or your accountant’s.

03 · Your content, your data

You retain all rights to invoice content you submit. We process it solely to produce the rendered XML/PDF and, where enabled, transmit it on your behalf, plus keep a tamper-evident audit trail as required for buyer-side acceptance. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties other than the explicit delivery channels you select (Resend for email; a Peppol provider only after that relay is enabled).

04 · Pilot period

While Arveleht is in pilot, the service is provided “as is” without warranty. You are responsible for confirming each rendered invoice matches your records before relying on it for buyer delivery. Refunds for any paid pilot period are available on request to hello@arveleht.eu.

05 · Governing law

These interim terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Any dispute is to be resolved by Harju County Court in Tallinn.
